Service description
ScanHealth is a web application that:
- Accepts uploaded lab report files (PDF or image)
- Uses AI to extract health marker data from reports
- Classifies markers against the reference ranges printed on the report
- Provides plain-language explanations of results
- Generates general wellness suggestions (not medical prescriptions)
Accuracy limitations
- AI extraction may occasionally misread values from lab reports, especially from low-quality images or unusual report formats
- Explanations are general in nature and may not account for your complete medical history
- Action plans are wellness suggestions, not clinical guidelines
- Always verify extracted values against your original lab report
Your responsibilities
- Upload only your own lab reports or those you are authorized to access
- Do not upload reports containing other people's health data without their consent
- Verify extracted data against your original report before acting on it
- Consult a healthcare professional for any health concerns
Account and access
- You must provide accurate information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms
- The service is currently free; pricing may change with advance notice
Intellectual property
Your lab reports remain your property. By uploading, you grant ScanHealth a limited license to process and analyze the report for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your health data.
Limitation of liability
ScanHealth is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any health decisions made based on the information provided by this service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service (currently zero for the free tier).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
